This belief comes from my own experiences—moments where I struggled to build the skills I needed for success, and from seeing countless students face similar challenges. That’s why LearnIt was created: to help bridge this gap and empower young minds to thrive. What makes LearnIt Camps truly special are the people. I’ve always felt that the right environment, filled with the right individuals, can spark incredible growth. When students are surrounded by inspiring mentors and like-minded peers, and when they invest their energy in something meaningful, the results can be transformative. Entrepreneurship is at the heart of our camps because it’s more than just starting a business—it’s about learning to take ownership, solving problems creatively, and building skills that many don’t develop until much later in life. Watching young, curious, and excited students collaborate has been nothing short of magical, and we’re here to guide them as they take their first steps toward shaping the future. 🤝 Do I need a startup, startup idea or team before taking part?
Not at all! Students are not expected to have a startup idea or a team upon joining. The LearnIt Camp guides you through the process of ideation and using design thinking principles to narrow down the opportunity area and problem you want to tackle. Students may choose to work individually, or in teams of up to three. There will be pre-camp activities for you to meet students in your cohort that you may choose to work with.
🚀 Is entrepreneurship experience a requirement to participate?
Not a bit! We do not need you to be an entrepreneur to take part in our experience. As long as you are excited by the idea of building something, that’s all we need!
🔚 What happens when the LearnIt camp ends?
After our camp has ended, your journey with us continues. We believe that everyone who participates in our camp is part of our team now. This means that we stay connected for continued mentorship, host events to help you reconnect with your peers and continue to build your business and introduce you to opportunities that would give you the opportunity to continue to scale your company. Additionally, we also will give you some resources that will help prepare you for success after high school. This includes tailored application tips for universities and how you can capitalize on the LearnIt camp to make your application stand out.
